WatermarkBloom is a browser-based tool, so most issues are related to browser support, image format, file size, download permissions or local storage. A few details make problems much easier to reproduce.

Helpful details to include

• The browser and device you used.
• The image format you tried to export.
• Whether you used text, logo or text + logo watermark mode.
• Whether the issue happened with one image or a batch ZIP download.
• A short description of what you expected and what happened.

Please do not send private images unless you intentionally want them reviewed by email. The tool itself does not upload images.
